What makes Signia stand out
Signia grew out of Siemens’ hearing division, so it carries more than a century of audiological know-how. Today the brand pairs serious processing power with good-looking design, from the slim Styletto to the tiny, ready-to-wear Silk, which needs no custom mould.
A signature Signia strength is how it handles the sound of your own voice. Through a hearing aid, your own voice can sound loud or hollow at first, and that is a common reason people give up on hearing aids. Signia processes your voice separately from the sounds around you, so many new wearers find it feels natural sooner.

The range
The Signia range: styles and who they suit
Whether you call them Signia hear aids, hearing aids or a hearing machine, they come in several styles. Your hearing test, the shape of your ear canals and your daily routine decide which one suits you.
Receiver-in-canal and behind-the-ear
A receiver-in-canal model such as Styletto keeps a small case behind the ear and a speaker in the canal, a popular, discreet choice for many degrees of hearing loss. Signia’s behind-the-ear models are larger and more powerful, often worn with a custom ear mould, for stronger hearing loss.
In the ear and in the canal
Custom Signia models are shaped from an impression of your ear, and the smallest sit deep in the canal, out of sight. Silk uses soft sleeves instead, so there is no mould to wait for. Small in-canal styles generally suit mild to moderate hearing loss.
Rechargeable and connected
Many Signia models charge overnight, and many stream calls, music and TV sound from your phone, with settings in the Signia app. If you would rather never handle tiny batteries, our page on rechargeable hearing devices explains how charging works day to day.
Who Signia suits
First-time wearers wary of their own voice, people who want a hearing aid that looks good, and wearers moving to rechargeable or Bluetooth often find a fit here. The power and style always come from your hearing test.
Buy Signia hearing aids where they are fitted
It is fair to ask whether to buy Signia hearing aids online and skip the trip. But a hearing aid isn’t ready to wear out of the box. It has to be programmed to your hearing test, fitted to your ears and fine-tuned once you have worn it at home, which a parcel can’t do.
As an authorised Signia centre, we supply genuine devices with full manufacturer support and handle repairs within warranty using genuine parts. Later on, cleaning, re-tubing and repairs happen at our hearing aid machine service centre in Viman Nagar. If travelling is hard, we can bring the test, the trial and the fitting to your home.

Your visit
Your first Signia appointment, step by step
No pressure and no jargon. Most people need a first visit, a trial at home and a fitting visit, then short check-ins while they settle in.
1. We listen
Tell us where hearing lets you down: family meals, the phone, meetings or the television.
2. We check and test
Video otoscopy shows your ear canal and eardrum on screen, then audiometry measures how well each ear hears each pitch.
3. We choose together
We explain which Signia models suit your results, in plain language. If another brand would suit you better, we say so.
4. You try it at home
Wear your chosen Signia through ordinary days, so you judge it in real life before deciding.
5. We fit and fine-tune
We set it to your hearing test, adjust it as you get used to it and show you how to clean, charge or change batteries.
6. We keep it working
Regular follow-ups keep the settings right as your ears adjust, and we service and repair your hearing aid when it needs attention.
A sudden change in hearing needs a doctor first
If your hearing has dropped within hours or days, or an ear suddenly sounds muffled, see a doctor or an ENT specialist promptly, before thinking about hearing aids. The same goes for ear pain or discharge, dizziness that came with the change, or hearing loss after a head injury. Our guide to losing hearing suddenly explains why the first days matter.
Cost
Signia hearing aid price: what decides it
There is no single Signia hearing aid price. Signia builds its hearing aids at several technology levels, and each step up adds more help with speech in noise and more automatic adjustment, so the level does most to set the price. The style comes next, then extras such as rechargeable batteries and Bluetooth, and whether you need one hearing aid or two. Our guide to hearing aids in Pune sets out what decides the price across all six brands.
With us, the consultation, audiometry, video otoscopy, fitting, fine-tuning and the first six months of batteries come free with your hearing aid. At your consultation we set out the price of each Signia option that suits you, upfront and with no pressure.
