How it works
Gentle, accurate infant screening
Otoacoustic Emissions (OAE)
A tiny soft probe plays gentle sounds and measures the inner ear’s response — a fast, non-invasive first-line newborn screen.
Auditory Brainstem Response (BERA/ABR)
Soft sensors on the skin measure how the hearing nerve responds to sound while the baby rests — used to confirm results and estimate hearing levels.
Ideally within the first month
Screening soon after birth (and before hospital discharge where possible) means earlier answers and earlier support if needed.
